You know we did a Dallas-area Community Day last year, and that was a lot of fun. Would like to do something like that again in the future...

I was able to go to Pax East in Boston. One of the greatest video gaming experiences of my life. If you liked Borderlands, Borderlands 2 will be the most spectacular thing to hit the shelves for you. I played the 15-20 minute demo of Caustic Caverns 4 times and let me tell you, not once was I not completely enveloped and into the gameplay. There are a lot of really cool surprises, enemies, etc., but the guns, scopes, and manufacturer identities for each brand were the highlights of my day.

We should all be praising Gearbox for the production of such a game.

I was a complete original Borderlands "Physco"; I can't wait to find out what I turn into for Borderlands 2!

I can't say enough about the entire Gearbox crew after my PaxEast experience. My wife & I bumped into Steve Gibson and Randy Pitchford outside the Borderlands2 area on Sunday. And, after 2+ days of that madness, they couldn't have been nicer. Not only engaging in conversation, but Randy posed for pics (his idea). We made it to their panel, and after talking about Aliens & Borderlands for 90 min., they stuck around for pictures and autographs. Even moving into the hallway when we were thrown out of the ballroom by PAX. Every one from Gearbox made the day special. And the 15 min of Borderlands2 was great, even if I did have to use a console controller.

Winners were drawn and notified last week. At the moment, we're awaiting some paperwork from those with the winning names.

We'll be making an announcement once everything is finalized!
