Duke doesn't move after Update (PC)

Hi folks!

Evertything was fine with Duke Nukem Forever until today.
I've started DNF and it downloaded an update.
When i start the game no error is reported from the system.
Mouse moves, game can be canceld by the keyboard, but Duke can't be moved in any direction using keyboard.
No reinstalltion works - game can't be played and I found no solution
anywhere.

Mee too, cant move. keyboard layout is ok. react on ESC but WASD or Arrowkeys no Layout work, Only Screenshots work. Cant Fire with left Mouse Button. (Piss at Start).
