Default Unreal 4

I was just curious if anyone knows if unreal is backwards compatible? It seems like unreal 4 will come out this year and I was thinking it would be sweet if you could use it to make BIA look better. I was watching Rendoc's movie and I thought the grass could really be improved on.

By Unreal 4 I suspect you just mean the engine?

AFAIK they've put the Unreal series on hold for the foreseeable future.

I think BIA has a customised Unreal 3 engine so no - I don't think you will be able to use Unreal 4 to "upgrade" the game.
