Annoying speed hack in multiplayer

I know this has been reported before, but I've seen this 'speed hack' used way more often in DNF multiplayer during the last couple of weeks. I'm wondering, does this pass through the Valve Anti-Cheat system? If not, would it be possible to detect and kick/ban it's usage?

I recorded a guy named 'Anonymous' (yes, also the fake leaderboard number 1) using it today. In case you haven't seen a speed hack in DNF:

Either way, I'm still having a lot of fun in multiplayer. Just thought I'd post this for the sake of it..

gotta love those cheating mother *******..Yeah ive seen it used here recently as well I find it annoying as ****..Yeah you cant kill me im fast as **** bro!! lol sadly I have seen it in fear 2 multi player ages ago.Wish there was a way to kick/ban that user..Maybe report him via steam client? If steam or should I say valve catches someone hacking they get banned for life and all the games they bought are gone as well.

Guys i think i know how he is doing it.There is a program called cheat engine and it has a speed hack option i tried on minecraft works maybe this guy does it for DNF?

Wow, pretty sad.

Alas, it was only a matter of time--- lag switches have been showing up in PS3 online games now. What's a cheater to do when he has no tactic or skill?

I wonder what those people think when using cheats. It only proves that they are wimps that need "help" for winning. Very poor....

Maybe avoiding these guys would be an option. Imagine everybody else would immediately quit the game when known cheaters show up so that nobody would play with them anymore.

A public list of known cheaters could do the trick.

No, it proves that they are not interested in playing the game at all. They don't want to "win", they are only interested in disrupting the game and causing grief to other players.

So some one is still cheating after GBX disabled the game console ! Whats the point of disabling the console then ?
