Hyperion only Mord-playthrough/farming Blues

(thnx to Lex and others for inspiration,didnt set out to
make a thread just noticed i had taken some pics along the way
so why not)

Hyperion make some damn fine guns,but they are rare
in vanilla and finding good ones can be a bitch(pun intended)

these are the results of my playthroughs 1 and 2 of vanilla(still going),
i did wander off to Jakobs cove for a well deserved holiday,but
generally i played the game straight without any prolonged farming.
i just had to try and survive with the mostly sh1t guns that
the game served up.

Rules-i am only allowed to fire Hyperion guns,i can pick
up other manufacturer's stuff to sell but not to use.
shields,mods and grenades-i can use what i want-i am not a masochist.

Skag gully is hard without any incendiary weapons,
lots of melee,running and jumping-i thought this was an FPS
not gymnastics.



Not hyperion so i cant use it-bummer

Now for my first real test-Bonehead
says level 10 but i am only level 8





lets give it go with my crap repeater-
a couple of 15 mins fights,most of my ammo
and barely got rid of his shield- i got owned.
time for plan B

Done a Hyperion only (including shield, grenade, and class mod) playthrough as Mord. In fact I did everything but solo craw (and of course complete the last armory mission!) with that character. I had to run Sniper or Assassin since that's all Hyperion makes, but frankly it wasn't that bad, even crap parts Hyperions are pretty boss.

How about doing a mat 2 Atlas only playthrough. Yeah, that'd be harsh.

Anyhow, I'd probably do a mat 2 Hyperion challenge. More interesting than just Hyperion one.
