It's a WW2 incarnation of the ArmA 2 engine. If you want some more ETO action try the Invasion 1944 mod for ArmA 2.

Just been browsing the website and I can find a lot of inconsistencies such as 40 vehicles and planes but when you check the "arsenal section",it shows only 2 tanks,planes and weapons per side.If you check the screenshots ,you can see there are more varieties(T-34/85 and probably an IS-2) but are they in-game?
I guess we'll have to just wait and see until its release ,the 25th of May.
