Has ANYONE who plays on PC found Michael Mamaril?

It seems from all the threads I've seen is that the PC people can't seem to find this guy. So I want to know once and for all.

Has ANYONE playing on PC found Michael Mamaril.

Please post if you have found him on PC.

I am playing on the PC, lvl 11 and i have checked Sanctuary maybe 20 times, looking everywhere and have not found him. I also do not know of any other PC players who have found him. Looks to be a bug.

Yeah definitely have not found Michael despite trying everything.
I even resorted to looking in the data files to see if hes there.
I can't figure out what triggers him.

I havnt found him at all im on pc ive looked several times everywhere I think its a bug.

I have found him once so far in Rolands house downstairs, gave me a blue sniper.

Have not been able to find him once. I check pretty much constantly when I'm in Sanctuary. I'd say I've spent a good 3 hours (not all at once) specifically searching the town for him. I have pretty much confirmed at this point that he is not in my game.

Found him with axton (got the achiement and everything) in moxxi's place next to the piano, he gave me a nice purple shield, but i cant seem to find with zero and i look for him every time im in sanctuary

Finally found him once in the Raiders HQ on PC.

I found him two times in Sanctuary. First time was next to the radio at Moxxi's and the second time was near the area where Claptrap usually is

I just can't find him. How far did people get in the story before he started appearing?
