Default [Project] Relic Effects and Magnitudes

I'm putting this thread together because I'm curious about the effects Relics can have, but don't see much information on them. Rather than continue to wallow about unknowing, I decided to start a thread to try to collect information on what effects Relics can have. Basically, as I go through the game, if I find a Relic, I will note it's effects, then update this first post with it's effect. Unfortunately, this would take forever if left to my own devices, so I'm creating this thread to get input from the community and hopefully get information more quickly.

If you would like to submit a Relic, please use the following format:

Relic Name
Relic Effects and Magnitude

So for a Proficiency Relic, it would look like this:

Proficiency Relic
Cooldown Rate +22.0%

Two things before I get to the list. First, if anyone could direct me to threads with lists of Relics (preferably ones that are only about Relics), I'll comb through them and get information from them. Second, anyone who contributes will be credited in the Contributors section.

Aggression Relics
* Aggression Relics have only been seen with one effect.

- SMG Damage +33.3%
- Pistol Damage +19.3% - 33.3%
- Sniper Rifle Damage +18.7% - 33.3%
- Shotgun Damage +5.4% - 33.3%
- Assault Rifle Damage - 17.1% - 33.3%
- Launcher Damage +24.0% - 33.3%

Allegiance Relics
* Allegiance Relics can have 1 or 2 effects.
* Note that each manufacturer has one effect marked with a *. This is the 'Primary' effect, and is the effect you will see most often. While it is possible for an Allegiance Relic to spawn with both non-primary effects, this seems to be rather rare. However, it is possible.

* Maliwan Damage +24.0% - 33.3%
- Maliwan Reload Speed +25.0% - 40.0%
- Maliwan Fire Rate +24.0%

* Vladof Damage +7.2% - 33.3%
- Vladof Recoil -45.9% - 54.6%
- Vladof Accuracy Recovery +12.0% - 105.5%

* Torgue Fire Rate +1.5% - 24.0%
- Torgue Magazine Size +40.0% - 75.5%
- Torgue Accuracy Recovery +63.0% - 105.5%

* Jakobs Recoil -38.8% - 54.6%
- Jakobs Magazine Size +46.5% - 75.5%
- Jakobs Accuracy Recovery +55.5% - 105.5%

* Dahl Recoil -20.9% - 54.6%
- Dahl Burst Delay -11.9% - 54.6%
- Dahl Magazine Size +75.5%

* Bandit Damage +22.0% - 33.3%
- Bandit Fire Rate +18.0% - 24.0%
- Bandit Reload Speed +32.5% - 40.0%

* Hyperion Damage +33.3%
- Hyperion Max Accuracy +27.0% - 54.6%
- Hyperion Reload Speed +40.0%

* Tediore Damage +33.3%
- Tediore Magazine Size +55.0% - 75.5%
- Tediore Recoil -53.5% - 54.6%

Elemental Relics
* Elemental Relics have only been found with one effect.

- Explosive Damage +6.0% - 33.0%
- Corrosive Damage +8.0% - 33.0%
- Slag Damage +15.0% - 33.0%
- Fire Damage +15.0% - 33.0%
- Shock Damage +5.0% - 33.0%

Proficiency Relics
- Cooldown Rate +8.2% -39.4%

Protection Relics
* Protection Relics have only been found with up to 2 effects.

- Shield Recharge Rate +4.5% - 33.3%
- Shield Capacity +4.5% - 33.3%

Resistance Relics
* Resistance Relics have been found with up to 4 effects.
Much like Stockpile Relics, Resistance Relics can roll the same effect multiple times, making that elemental resistance that much more effective.

- Fire Resistance +9.2% - 35.0%
- Corrosive Resistance +13.4% - 34.8%
- Non-Elemental Resist +7.4% - 30.5%
- Explosive Resistance +16.1% - 36.0%
- Shock Resistance + 10.7% - 41.6%
- Slag Resistance +15.1% - 39.4%

Stockpile Relics
* Stockpile Relics have been found with up to 3 effects.
It turns out that a single Stockpile relic can roll a single effect up to 3 times. A single roll results in a maximum of +70% Max Ammo or +4 Grenades. However, if the same effect gets rolled a second time, Max Ammo gets another +3%, while Grenades gets another 1. This means that the absolute best Stockpile relics are those that roll the same effect multiple times. If a single Ammo Type gets rolled 3 times, then the maximum ammo boost is +81.5%. Grenades, however, can only go up to +5.

- Sniper Rifle Max Ammo +21.0% - 81.5%
- SMG Max Ammo +31.0% - 81.5%
- Max Grenade Count +1 - 5
- Launcher Max Ammo +31.0% - 81.5%
- Pistol Max Ammo +67.0% - 81.5%
- Shotgun Max Ammo +15.0% - 81.5%

Strength Relics
* Strength Relics have been found with 1 or 2 effects.

- Melee Damage +4.5% - 33.3%
- Override Cooldown Rate +7.2% - 33.3%

Tenacity Relics
* Tenacity Relics have been found with 1 or 2 effects.

- Fight For Your Life Time +6.4% - 33.3%
- Second Wind Health + 18.0% - 162.0%

Vitality Relics
- Max Health +8.0% - 54.4%

Unique Relics
- Vault Hunter's Relic
-- Rare Loot Drops +5.0%

- Blood of Terramorphous
-- HP regen +0.5%

- Moxxi's Endowment
-- XP from Combat +5.0% - 9.3%

- Deputy's Badge
-- Shotgun Damage +11.8%
-- Shotgun Reload Speed +48.0%
-- Increases Fight for your Life time by 10% for every player equipped with a Deputy's Badge

- The Afterburner
-- Boost Capacity +50.6% - 78.2%
-- Boost Recharge Rate +74.6% - 111.2%
-- Boost Recharge Delay +42.7% - 52.7%

- Lucrative Opportunity
-- Shop Timer Rate +35.0%

- Sheriff's Badge

stockpiles can go to three guns.... I have 2, a shotgun/AR/Sniper and a launcher/Shotgun/pistol stockpile relics, blue quality, with +58% bonuses on all three.

I can do more research after work, I'll have to verify its those three on each stockpile relic.

Also, The tediore allegience relics have +reload speed and +magazine size, I believe.

Part of the reason I'm doing this is because I've only come across one or two Allegiance Relics, and I want to know if the bonuses are fixed, or if they can hit any of their gun's stats. Unfortunately, as I said, information on Relics is sorely lacking, so I created this thread.

Don't forget the Afterburner Relic one gets from Ellie.

I have some others that are not on this list, but will have to wait until work is done to get the info on them.

Great thread, btw. I find myself being very interested in relics, as they are something different from BL1...and you are right, info on them is a bit lacking.

The only reason I don't have the Afterburner (or Moxxi's Endowment, or any other Unique relic) is because I don't have a character who currently has them, so I don't have exact stats on them. Once I get exact stats, those will be added.

Gotcha. Luckily, I've been collecting relics on one of my mules for a bit now. Unfortunately, I toss them once I get a better version, so I won't have the low end of some of these percentages. Still, I know I have a few and will post them and the stats here once I get a list.
