Borderlands DLC Serial Key

hi this is probaly a dumb question but i brought relail copies of borderlands and aslo the double game add on pack but when i install the DLC it asks me for a Serial Key which i carnt find anywere can someone please help me thanks

can someone please help ive looked all over the cover and the booklet and even on the disk

I would love to help you but I unfortunately cannot as I own the Steam game and DLCs.

You have the double add on Zombie Island + Moxxie correct?
Are you sure you've checked every page in the booklet?

The code if it works the same as the Steam game should be in the format:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Try to look for something like that somewhere inside the booklet (On the cover pages maybe, or the first few or last few pages.)

I have a retail copy and a serial key isn't needed. All you need is your disc in.

odd cause when i put in the add on pack to instal it installs then asks for a serial key so i pressed cancel and in the borderlands game i go to the teleport thing and it doesnt have Jacobs cave or underdome on it i must be doing something wrong

I'm pretty sure a serial key is needed for the DLCs (possibly excluding Knoxx).

The retail game itself doesn't use a serial key.

ok i took it back to the store and yeah you do need a Serial Key for the retail copies of the DLC so the one i brought was a mis print they exchanged it for one with a key in it so all works now its awsome thanks for all the help anyway
