Best Sniper Rifle

Was just curious as to what everyone found to be the best sniper rifle to be...

So far to date.. The best sniper rifle I've found came from a vending machine... During Playthrough 1, in one of the DLC's..

Lv37 - PPZ40 Steel Thunder
Damage: 678
Accuracy: 94.8
Fire Rate: 2.4

There are so many... My fav is a volcano because I like fire. A high-rof explosive will kick butt. Many people love penetrators and skullmashers. So many snipers to love...

So true, I've been looking at all these various rifles and I wonder if I was suppose to have access to something so high-damage, I haven't seen anything come remotely close to this damage. Highest I've found is around 400...

I am partial to a good Vicious Orion (without trespass) or a good Cobra (with). Also I found a corrosive Reaver's Edge that goes well with Assassin. But as Scottes said "so many snipers to love..."

If you want an Orion, liquid > vicious cos you cant get a vicious ppz! only the crap body..

The 809 (ish) damage I have for my vicious with a 1.4 FR out did my liquid by some 200 ponts so had to be swapped - but I will now be on the look out, if only FRI was working *sigh*...

I looooooove the Cobra for pure sex appeal, but for all out best sniper....I gotta go with the Orion.

i have found the skullmasher and the skurkov aswell as countless orions and volcanos and must say the volcano is my favorite one

dont know how to use the skullmasher one
