Wow. Very cool that you are taking suggestions. Being into art, I would love a concept art book, like a big one. I'm talking about even the random sketches the artists make when they have a good concept for the game. I would like to see all of the ideas you guys went through for characters, guns, enemies, and stages.

Real guns. Maybe a physco mask. Ya know. The cool stuff.

1st?

edit: FUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!

Also, I agree with shooter. I would love to see a compilation of concept art in a big book. Seeing as i'm poor and live in the ghetto though, its not like i'll ever get it.

Maybe a mini plasic version of potential legandaries? Make it like a happy meal. no matter what we see, make it blow our minds like 6 YO getting a sponge bob wind up toy.

Art Book, OST, an item with the Vault sign on it, any of that would be awesome.

I've never bought a collector's edition of a game...I'm not that in to art books, poker chips, or figurines. But I'd also never bought a gaming magazine before the BL2 game informer came out, so who knows...

One thing I think might be cool is a book with "The most coveted guns on Pandora", with maybe 20 of the very rarest and best guns (BL2 equivalent of the double anarchy, defiler, aries, serpens, hellfire, ogre, etc.), along with lengthy explanations about their parts, what makes them great, and where to find them. Sure, all that information will be available online soon after the game is released, but I'd still enjoy looking through it when the game is first released and reading any personal touches the developers can add.

Some exclusive in-game guns/accessories/items would definitely get me interested. Other than that, I'd dig some original video content doc. style about Borderlands, and an art book.

I hope you guys over there may be considering releasing something similar to a "season pass" like Rockstar did with DLC. I personally would find that a much more intriguing to buy into the DLC as opposed to staggering the releases.

Can't wait!

edit - Yeah, possibly even a book detailing each of the gun manufacturer's backstory/motives/gun-creation and so on.
