Skill points reset after patch

Um, is this normal? I looked over the patch notes, and it looks like the only skill they messed with was one of the Sirins ability. Did they reset the skill points for all characters because of that?

If not, anyone know why mine got reset?

random occurance that happens usually on changing playthrough difficulty it's happened to a few people myself included, although I haven't been on my Siren to look.
