Default Looking for Farming tips: All Seeing Eye SKin

I know this Maya skin drops from threshers but I was wondering if anyone knew a particular zone that seems more populated with Threshers then the sporadic locations I've found. I really, really, want this skin. Any helps would be appreciated, thanks.

I've got 4/5 of the pure white skins, Maya's being All-Seeing Eye.
I found it easier to get them from the Threshers in Caustic Caverns. More specifically on playthrough 2.5.
There's also that spot under the Bridge next to the town Overlook in the Highlands. There's a number of Threshers there.
Just remember that it's purple drop coming from rather common enemies...so it will take it's sweet time to drop.
Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I'm a bit new to farming in Borderlands, what's the most effective method? Clearing an area then save / quit / reload?

I managed to get it pretty early in PT1 on my Siren. Aside from a Caustic Caverns run all I did was every time I had to go through the highlands for quests I just made sure to kill every goddamn thresher on the map. The third or fourth time I did it a wormhole thresher gave one up but I could just be really lucky. :p

What he said is pretty is pretty decent as well. If you haven't finished the game already, both playthroughs then just play on and kill every Thresher you pass. If you have finished the game then see my comment.

And yea, the whole save/quit reset method is the fastest way to go.

Pick up CC and Bee and farm Terra for it.

You make that sound like it's as easy as stopping for milk at the grocery store on your way home from work.

Regardless thanks for the feedback folks. Spent a couple hours today grinding through caustic caverns. Managed to pick up Zero's Whiteout skin but still a no go on Maya. I'll keep at it though.

UPDATE : Got it tonight from Tadpole Thresher of all things. All together it probably took me 3-5 hours total between last night and tonight. Not too bad all things considered.

If you happen to have a second controller, more players equals better loot. May as well slap a Vault Hunter's Relic on both for good measure.
