How do I access Captain Scarlett and her Pirates Booty?
As above really, its not on the fast travel list like DLC in BL1.

dumb question, but did you install it? i downloaded it on ps3 and downloaded it in the background, i still had to install it by selecting it.
the dlc is accesible from lvl 15 onwards, i'm not sure, but maybe it doesn't appear if you're under that level.

As far as I know you access it by "going" to Oasis. Should be on the map I guess.
