Missing All 5 Spooky Skins

When my badass rank got reset months ago. I also lost a lot of the skins I had for it as well. Including all 5 of the Spooky Skins. If I go into the SHIFT Codes. I can see where I redeemed all 5 codes. But it won't let me reactive the items. How do I get the skins back?

Thanks! I sent them a ticket. I was really mad when I lost everything. I stopped playing after that. It will be nice to get my stuff back. I do want to finish the game.
