I'm all for adding a hardcore mode, but not at the expense of borking the standard game.

FIX IT GEARBOX, you have limited time or this game will be dead (even if you made a ton of sales and cash off it already, do you want the game to be dead by Thanksgiving community wise?)

Is it possible it could though, if some malicious idiot set about trying to do the same? Playing on the PS3 myself. Curious if it might be possible that the same thing could be done, and if so, if steps are being taken to plug any possible holes. If there is any chance at all, I'd rather be safe than sorry.
