Neogenator = Best Shield?
I've been using the Neogenator lately and it seems like it's the best non-Bee shield. It gives good health regen and some extra health, but the best quality is that if you take a hit hard enough to deplete your shield and some of your health, you regen full health instantly. Is there a better shield than this?

Pretty sure you can absorb rockets. Firing a Kerblaster at your foot with a Sham on gives rockets back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBmZVy8k6G4
Also I don't think I've ever seen a 96% Sham before. |

No, it doesn't work against anything but bullets, but those bullets will very rarely damage you. Defensively, the Evolution and The Sham are two of the best shields in the game. For extra firepower, I'd always go with something like the Flames of the Firehawk, The Impaler, or the Black Hole, though.
