ChrisF (GBX): Correct. Aliens: Colonial Marines is a Steamworks title on PC, so it activates on Steam regardless of where you buy it.

damn it >.< want dat sharp rifle so bad now, codes from US wont work in the UK either. However, the Uk does get the sawed-off, but that's part of a different edition of the game, not a preorder bonus. I dont see problem with content exclusive to different editions to the game, but content exclusive to particular countries is kind of annoying.

I dont really think that the exclusive weapons will not stay exclusive, since the thing with the extermination edition where u gain "early access" to the weapon upgrades, and yet no "early access" is said to be given to the weapons in CE and preorders. When they say exclusive, i think they mean exclusive.

so, that tells us that Hick's, Hudson, Drake, Apone, ripley's flamethrower and sharp rifle will all become purchasable eventually.
However SEBB's and PPR will not do so.

Digital content for PC will all be available to download eventually if u dont download it. it''d be pretty unfair if that wasn't the case.

I have to agree with this decision since it'd be a real shame for some fans like us of Aliens who may be unaware the game is coming out and the preorder bonus, to miss out on ripleys flamethrower and the legacy charecters. Friend of mine on xbox is a huge fan but he cant preorder because he has no money for it atm, so for him to miss the chance to get legacy chaarecters would be a shame.

Don't forget that GameStop (US) has additional content for the Digital DL version of A:CM LE.

They also get the SHARP rifle plus all the normal physical copy preorder bonus stuff.
