This wasnt really a known thing. Not even a CLUE until 3 days ago when the Gearbox poster told us that Survival wasnt the horde mode but a 4v4 mode.

They probably couldn't fit it into the game between development time, and SEGA's deadline. Honestly, be grateful that they're adding it in a dlc; patches and DLC's cost buko bucks to make, and its price is on par with BF3 and call of duty dlcs. There are season dlc passes out there for a reason, its worth it imo.

Back in November when the Survival mode trailer came out everyone who reported on it said that it was a Horde mode. it was shipping with the game. but they changed it to a variant of escape and made this DLC....its bogus! you can still google Survival mode and see what people said about it 3 months ago. this is a BS move.

Ouch, I feel this should've be in the game from the getgo. Anyway, good thing we are getting it anyhow and hopefully they will put more effort to it to make it better than the mode in AVP2010.

Any info if this mode will be playable in splitscreen mode? I hope it will be, playing survival mode in MW3 splitscreen is very fun. It would also be great to add bot capability to the other mp modes for some more offline splitscreen fun.

I still find it funny that Activision offer survival and zombie mode for free LOL and they ship the same game every year . Sega have well and truly Raped us , they saw Horde as a cash cow the second we mentioned it .

Thanks sega.Making money on any way possible, ripping things out of
game that we all love and selling it separately.I mean we are paying for
game 50€ already this suppose to be in package.I'm not gonna spend for 2 or
3 DLCs that gonna cost like whole game just because of greedy publisher
shareholders.

I wouldnt be 1.4th as mad as I am if they hadnt changed this right before launch. This is Survival Mode....they just changed it on us and are now charging us for it!
