Default Best Unkempt Harold?

I've been farming the torgue vendors in search of a double penetrating Harold. Is this the best that the Harold has to offer? Or is there some other accessory that is better overall?

It is the best prefix, and there is a specific grip to look for, but I forget it at the moment.

Yeah you probably want the Torgue grip. With legendaries, and really all guns, the best ones are the ones with all matching parts, sans sights which are personal preference except on rocket launchers. And you're going to be spraying gyrojets all over the place anyway, so the double prefix is pretty much the way to go.

See This post.

For Salvador, DPUH is the way to go.
You can gain more accuracy and long term damage with some other prefixes.

The gun is pretty overkill as it is, especially with The Bee Shield, so for general gameplay a specific prefix isn't necessary.

If you however want a decent one now, rather than to find yourself needing another one, I'd advice to think which suits you the best and go for that.

Prefix > Grip, so for the above mentioned general usage the grip is even less of importance.
If you however want to go all out, Torgue grip gives the best over-all stats.
For money shotting, Tediore and Jakobs are great too, depending on your target.

Also, your signature is illegally long..

That's not entirely true, but it's a decent rule of the thumb.

Stocks don't affect damage. Torgue grips and Jakobs barrels for non-legendary/pearl are the way to go. The other parts are for looks basically.

True. I should have said that weapons with matching parts are usually the best. There are exceptions.

Don't Stocks affect launchers?

And I think Dahl Stocks affect Sniper and AR stability

So stocks do make a difference in some case.

At least that was my impression.

Well, he was talking about damage, and only RL stocks affect that, so yes he is wrong.

On other weapon types they affect various effects outside of damage.

I don't even know why is talking about stocks in a Harold thread.
In fact his whole post is irrelevant.
