What they need to add is a Eldrid character that can shapeshift into an animal now that would be cool and would fit …because they are people who protect and live in nature!

I’m going to blow your mind !!!
Recently i have been going over all the Gear info and even made a Gear FAQ for my website. When i was taking a shower somehow i was thinking about the request for a pet class and then it sparked my mind.
Pet Class can be obtained through Gear, AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
So this let me to writing a whole blog about the Pet Class Gear.
But in a nutshell, some gear will have a drone that has certain abilities. Think in the direction of Wilhelm in Borderlands the Pre-Sequel. He had Wolf and Saint. So instead of having a +5% Buff damage output on your hero you get a drone that does more damage but has to fly towards an enemy and it can be shot down (drones have a respawn timer). Bit of Risk/Reward.
Speedy Drones that are fast and do minimal damage.
Normal Drones that are average.
Kamikaze Drones that do massive damage but have to respawn in order to attack again.
Healing or Shield restoring Drones that also helps allies.
Maybe it has something to do with the spoiler you gave us about the Panda-Battleborn-Thingy on Facebook ?

Lol cool. That’s what I’m looking forward to for the rest of the characters not revealed. Maybe not all of them should be pandas (or maybe they should be all pandas), but a few more of non human-based characters like miko.

That is a awesome idea. I wonder if each drone woukd also look different for each character, or maybe factions.
1 General Drone would be a easy route to take and i think that skins then would depend on what function the drone has.
Although it would be cool if the different drones had unique designs for each version and also have a skins that matched that of your hero.
Yeah that would be cool. Plus i enjoy your backgrounds that you make. Gearboox should hire you to make theirs.

Well one male, 2 females, and a hive mind mushroom thing to whom gender is a meaningless term.
So it’s really up in the air what we’re getting. For all we know it could be an amorphous blob.
I’m kind of excited to play with ALL of the revealed characters so far. As I am excited to write this first post on these awesome forums. CAN’T WAIT TO PLAY THIS ARRGGG!!!
But yeah, I’ll play them all.

They keep saying that…
But Miko’s in-game character description uses “she” as a pronoun.
Maybe that was an oversight (based on how they said Miko was genderless in every single interview) and may have changed since the Gamescom build of the game.

Just checked the BB site, and the description for Miko uses “it” when referring to Miko. Might’ve been updated recently to reflect Miko’s genderless nature (pun intended). Regardless, he/she/it will be on my short list of favorite characters.
