Is there some underlying advantage to a level 60 class mod over a level 57 version? I mean the item score is higher but the effect looks to be the same. I can’t tell if the passive bonuses are the same or slightly higher because I assume there is an RNG range for the stats.
I actually found a 57 I had with similar passives:
Are the passives set by the level or can they still be within a range? These seem to be 1% less than the 60 equivalent but not sure if that is RNG or level based.
They’re set by level. Lv60 will have a couple of percentage points higher than a 57. Health regen and such is also significantly higher with lv60
