Added turret on Sabo is very helpful.

Removing ability to knock thrall off ledges on Helio is not a welcome change.
-
The Nova holographics are very cool.
What do you mean by that?
I’m not a fan of the attikus changes, at all. But I love the whiskey buff…
Definitely not a fan of the Benedict buffs…more damage should mean less health…
Not a fan of the kleese or Ambra changes…
Ambra can spam Sunspots and deal tons of damage now…
Kleese can now chase you down with Taser with his health buff…
ISIC nerf was so unwarrented…hes already easy to kill…wards are a joke now and the slow was taken but was the only useful thing in his kit that he had to combat the already OP Marquise smh
If only everyone would just use this thread so that we can keep all the feedback in one place instead of opening multiple threads over the next few days… -sigh-
At any rate, I played a bit and I’ll try to get all my thoughts together and post a full list of my thoughts.
Initial thoughts:
new maps are pretty. I like the Capture Map. The Meltdown Map seems really one sided. The Incursion Map… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Whiskey buffs are great. Didn’t really notice the buffs to nades on nades for OM. I love the fact that Ping works consistently.
I just want my Toby and deande legendary I haven’t gotten either of them even though I did Toby’s lore 2 hours before the patch
…She’s standing by the doors.
The problem I have is that they again nerf Gallilea when she had become balanced. they nerf ISIC so that makes the only viable tank in this game is now Klease and Montana. And as a tank Montana’s DPS is to high. And they continually Nerf Alani for no reason she was not broken again they only needed to fix he Geyser hit detection. It seems to me that they relay need to start focusing on rolls in this game and how they will synergize with other rolls no tank should be able to melt me at a range as i approach or be able to turn and melt an entire team in one go.
A bit annoyed that some of the characters lore that finished with the patch even after doing multiple missions I got no Legendary for them, I got the Achievement but no gear or mastery title or skin. Weird since i did Galilea first and i got hers but then nothing for Alani and toby, then played with Kelvin and got his legendary. Anyone know if this will be fixed or we need to submit a ticket to get it fixed?.
Besides all the bugs I’m loving the Attikus changes, His larger Health pool lets you unload alot better, also he becomes a nightmare for snipers on the new incursion map if you get the jump on them.
I’ve seen people play Isic, Kelvin, and Boldur effectively after the patch.
Please revert Alani’s Geyser radius back. Its so small now. [quote=“wisecarver, post:2, topic:1541642”]

Did they add more? Where? Sorry I am really curious because I found this stage be really difficult on advanced since I am farming for Boots of the Brute.
She’s always done that, at least assuming you’re talking about PVP.
That’s why I titled the post 7/21 Patch Feedback, I was kind of hoping that would funnel everyone here. You’re right though, probably there will still be a dozen threads.
I’m not hearing good reports about the nades on nades, I want to try it out once for myself as you can’t believe everything on the internet but it’s a bit disheartening that so far I’ve yet to see anyone who likes the nades on nades. I think the game is more fun when there are a lot of varied choices for the characters. I love how Ambra and ISIC (and some others) helixes can pretty drastically change how you play them.
I personally don’t like Monuments. Outskirts is fun. Snowbound I’ve yet to try with other people. Deande feels vicious now. The game feels more balanced. Also, anyone who’s tried Antihero Galilea with all attack speed and VoV knows she needed nerfing. Kleese had his healing nerfed, and his damage, to make up for the health biff, which wasn’t even a buff. It was a bug. He was always supposed to have this much.
I mean, hell, don’t get me wrong. I love Oscar Mike’s kit. I think that Helix 3-10 are versatile and varied. Impact and Napalm, though…
At level 1, Grenade’s base damage is only 230. The 5 child grenades can only deal up to 50% bonus damage to a single target.
So, at level 10, you can get about 330 damage + 115 per grenade launch (which is still super spotty) and hard to use.
I suppose that if you take all the skill damage buffs and gear and are REALLY good, you can get. 600+ damage base and then 300+ bonus damage. (sneak attack, concentrated, rare skill gear and two other skill gear at level 10)
900+ damage in one burst seems pretty scary, until you realize that napalm does more at level 10 without any talents.
I’m happy with a lot of changes, but I am a little sad they got rid of ghalts slug option I feel just dropping the damage by 25-50% would have been fine but that’s a minor complaint seeing as the new barrier option is fantastic for survivability and I might try pellet party more often now.
I really like the lore challenge changes too, and the maps seem decent so far, but the balancing was pretty ■■■■■■. Benedict buffs were completely not needed though. My first two games with him since the buff I had over 30 kills, and my previous highest overall was 29 with El Dragon and 26 with just Benedict. He’s a complex character and should stay that way, not be easy to use for anyone and game-breaking for skilled players. I really haven’t had a chance to go through much of the other balancing changes though.
The new UI is awful though, and I really hope that gets changed. Just putting that out there @JoeGBX
Also whats up with the 50% lore completion? Is that a bug?
He had a damage nerf? kleese?
Regarding Kleese it says they Reduced the damage of Wrist Cannon after selecting Kleese’s level 3 Mutation, Quantum Precision by 30% (384 to 281 at Level 3).
BTW, all changes in this patch can be found at July update notes.
I found Ambra’s change to be really powerful. I think the boost in healing was warranted since it was quite weak before. And I like the idea of choosing between DPS Ambra with radiant halberd and Sunspot Ambra with melee attack heat use to be an interesting choice. I do think that both the heat use to reduce the cooldown and reducing the cooldown to 8 seconds might have been a bit much, I think one or the other would have worked better. I personally would prefer the using heat to reduce cooldown for the choices it gives.
Much more than that I think they need to do something about the character curve with Ambra, the difference between a level 1 Ambra and a level 15 Ambra with legendary is miles, even with the same skill and experience with her, her mutations and her legendary are that important and I think it’s a bit much.
I am disappointed with the changes on Kleese, he was one of my favorite characters and I wouldn’t even consider him a support anymore, he is a territorial tank with some minor group utility.
I do quite like the new UI though, and am mixed on the changes to the legendarys, some I really think the new secondary was helpful, and some I think made the item borderline unusable for the cost.
