I remember reading somewhere that it only unlocks for the person hitting the button to activate the range. Not sure if true, but I did get it last night with a little help from @Ross357.
BTW does someone have all four names listed somewhere? The interactive BL3 map shows all named enemies but doesn’t distinguish the four for this achievement from the others.

The four rare spawns are Amasch in Cresthaven, Voltborn (Volt something) in Nergal, Fungal Gorger in Cankerwood, and that flying critter you killed the other night (who I obviously can’t remember)
Shiverous the Unscathed. Definitely doesn’t live up to it’s name! Just finished the Burton chain and unlocked the side quests achievement for the DLC. Now only 1 echo short, and still stuck at 1/4 hunt targets. Killed Amasch again this morning, too. And Fungal Gorger.

Done. Looks like you can’t unlock the quests for others until you’ve unlocked them yourself, and accepting the quest prevents completion triggering the bounty poster for others. Which makes me wonder how anyone managed to start this thing off in the first place, but whatever.
Here’s a new odd wrinkle, when I logged off last night I had all 4 on the wall. I logged in this morning and there was only 1 posted.
Same character? I started the DLC with Zane and, when I arrived at the Lodge, the Amach one was on the wall. I think I might have had more on Moze but I’m not sure.

I loaded Amara this morning and the 3 posters are still AWOL. Very odd.
Maybe it’s done through the social notification system, so you have to get them while they’re hot, as it were? I don’t think the Sanctuary ones disappear like that though, do they?
Nope, I’ve had 4 in Sanctuary for ages now. I thought it might be on a timer but that would be a REALLY short timer.
