more time goes by the more i want to do SS M3 with out red text gear for this goal i would like to find few weapons with 130% dmg on clone swap.

but that stuff aside, what do you think best roll on what manufacturer shield is to actually help you survive? i am still not expert on regular shields but my current bet would be it must be anshin not sure about the rolls or annointment tho probably triple absorb? help.

also please do not start suggesting guns or broken terror extra shot to cheese the run. i will only use normal mechanics. also do not suggest catpurse mirv reloads … just shields. thanks.

I would definitely look for Adaptive. In my opinion it’s the best survivability roll.

I don’t know the manufacturers very well unless I go look through my collection. But adaptive is the one that gives x% health and x% resistance to the last damage type received. Absorb is pretty good too. For anointment I would go with +5% hp regen.

In terms of shields, I look for Adaptive and Turtle ( Increase Capacity for a small decrease in total HP). Since Zane has skills for reducing recharge delay the larger capacities serve him well.

You could also stack chances of reflecting or absorbing bullets (3x is the highest).

As for anoints, I’m gunning for the Barrier Anoint that instantly begins charging shield as you deploy your barrier to help synergize with the clone’s Quick Breather skill.

The aforementioned HP regen anoint is also good as a general anoint and could synergize with Rise to the Occasion giving you more consistent regen when you need it.

As for specific manufacturers, Anaheim and Pangolin are the ones to look for when looking to stay alive. I wanna say Hyperion shields are likely to drop with the bullet reflection modifiers (I think!)

I REALLY want a Frozen Heart with that anoint. Combine that shield mod with an Infiltrator COM, freeze targets AND get my shield back in one go!? Seems spicy. :smiley:
