hey well long story short all badass ranks, unlocked skins, heads are being deleted on all characters except Athena. in other words she is the only character I can play normally. for example I played jack for a few hours and unlocked 3 skins a head and got about 98 badass ranks then saved and logged out and when I went to log back in everything that I unlocked was gone but the actual game progress was saved and fine so if someone else has had this issue and resolved it can you please let me know because it is very annoying thanks

I have the same problem. Badass pts, skins, and heads just stop saving at some random point in the game.
