I launched the game and my inventory was empty and my vault was as well I only have the equipment that was equipped when I left the game last. Tried normal troubleshooting stuff but alas my loot is all gone.
Don’t remember what I had exactly but I know I’m missing some legendaries.

You find out if gearbox knows about this? It’s happened to me twice as well not cool at all. Had to make alt mule characters
Happened to me too. Farmed all week for decent gear and logged in this morning to find the bank empty. Having taken time off work to grind the game with mates and this happening is infuriating. Pretty bad look for a loot game. Hope some info is stored server side so gear can be replaced.
