I have been redeeming the shift codes put out on Twitter with no issues. I redeemed one (older shift code) and one that was put out earlier today on twitter. Both said they were successfully redeemed, however they are not showing up in my in game email. It’s been several hours since. Any ideas?
I’m having the SAME exact issue, so far have redeemed 6 golden keys via the shift code redemption website and have not got any in game yet.
I think I’ve only received half the keys to codes I’ve put in.
I am having the same issue. I can’t find any explanations or way to contact tech support directly to resolve the issue. I have redeemed seven and received two.
