The rotating barrels never went away, man. Bezoomy is the new word for the non-unique rifles that have 'em and there’s the Shredifier/Dowsing Rod when it comes to the legendary flavor.

Ok then i guess i simply had bad loot drop luck. I remember Borderlands 2 getting dozens of those rifles before i even reached Sancturary and in this game even after i helped Atlas i saw not even one of those.
