Title: why is that a thing?
I got a Boom Sickle with +300% weapon dmg after using PHASESLAM. It only works with Phaseslam AND Downfall but not with the other augment called Fracture. Nonsense.

it has been this way from day 1, that’s why I play Phasecast instead ^^’
