Amara Phasegrasp not grasping

I’ve tried it with Phasegrasp, Ties That Bind and Fist Over Matter on these mobs:
Fanatic, Psycho, Psycho Tink, Tink, Tink Shotgunner, Enforcer, Grog, Pollygrog, Jabber, Ratch, Skag

I’ve also noticed this. Couldn’t phasegrasp gigamind like I usually am able to either.
