Does Amara’s Arms Deal perk, the one that increases her splash damage, increase all damage she causes with grenades?

Moze’s splash skills work for both grenades and rockets, so I would assume so - yes.

However, they were very inconsistent on application. Sometimes they would not work, especially with rapid fire weapons. Possibly some sort of hidden cooldown?
