Just checked again with Amazon (UK) and they are still totally clueless. I’m getting the feeling I’m gonna get an e-mail saying they ran out, even though I pre-ordered.

I have noticed this before, it really does seem like Amazon ships LIFO (last in first out)
I had a preorder up on the Amazon US store way back last year some time. When Amazon UK had it on sale, I cancelled my US order and pre-ordered from UK instead.
I woke up this morning to see this in my mailbox:

Regarding UK orders - I just got my Collectors Edition this morning, id preordered November last year. Got the dispatched notification from Amazon yesterday. I too was very worried there would be some sort of balls up and Amazon would say they ran out.
I too pre-ordered on 6th of November last year. Shipping date was always 25th but never an actual delivery date. Received an email about a week ago stating it was going to be delivered on the 25th, only to wake up excitedly this morning to find Amazon emailed me at 3AM saying they were having trouble dispatching my order and it won’t be delivered today.
Anyone else experienced this? Pretty peeved as I took the day off work to take delivery.
My UK order billed me this morning at 2am and just ship.

Just got my “Order has Shipped” moments ago, so it is a good thing I grabbed a copy off of Steam to play today. 
I’m just glad that Amazon (UK) finally shipped. I will admit I was more than concerned it wasn’t shipping at all at the rate it was going.
The person who gifted me my copy was billed last night, so I’m hoping it arrives soon!
