The Twister-I gave up after 2 hours

Crazy drop which wasn’t a Hunt item but a “Community Day” skin found in a skag pile while farming tubby Skaggs.

Thanks for doing this. It was something a little different to do in the game. That was the 1st time I have ever got the twister to drop. Took about a hour using the spawn dex method. Only level 50 though. Spent probably a combined 8 hours farming the blockhead and hive. I sold a crap load of Longbows and Invaders. You can see from my screenshots that a buddy (jimmy_cornflower) would join in the game every now and then, he would play with Bar off but none the less probably against the rules since he didn’t start fresh. Getting the new pearls at 72 absolutely is dreadful. If you get any of the new pearls at 72 definitely post them.

Not a problem with the co-op. To be honest, I brought in my second account for split screen when I was trying to get certain Leg. Class Mods. Once for the Leg Pointman and once for the Slayer of Terra for Siren. Next time I think we should allow an OP8 co-op for Digistruct Peak to get to OP8 for the random Pearls from OMGWTH. As long as it’s a legit run for each op level.

Hey @Sun_Tsunami, I don’t know how I completely missed this thread - and I wouldn’t have been able to participate very well - but it’s awesome.

Wow - I actually had to google this. I’m from the opposite side of the continent (and north of the border) so safe to say I’d never heard that one before.

And I thought “y’all” was singular and “all y’all” was plural :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I found a list of all unique blue, purple, E-tech, Legendary, Seraphs and Pearlescents totalling 214 items. And decided why not do my own version of the hunt. Loaded my Salvador and I spec into the deputy Sal build. Throw in the cliff all Weapons and Gear including the bank except for the Grog, Quad, Durrrp, Pimp, Slag Singularity, L. Gunzerker, Deputy’s Badge and Evolution.

Started hunting items in the list and on the first day, i got already 31 items.Mostly from Seraph/Torgue vendors, Raid bosses (hyperius, terra and vorac).

I already started when I realized that i should reset uvhm and start fresh, so i did.

Already reach sanctuary and will continue to the Headhunter first then dlc.

I wish i knew how to share the excel documents and post screenshots though.

You are on PS3, correct? Have to look into this. Some games you can press and hold down the ps button and start button at same time for screenshot or you can also to plug your keyboard into the USB port and hit the “printscreen” button.

If you figure out a way to take screenshots, please post your findings.

It’s too much work for me picturing and uploading the pics of my loot so ill just give a written update.

Day 1 31 items
Day 2 16 items - emperor, fermington edge, dog, commerce, bone shedder, bonus package, legendary hoarder, lascaux, unforgiven, butcher, storm, nukem, bekah, unforgiven. Tip moxxi for good touch and load a new character and get the contraband sky rocket.

I run the assassins side mission, frostburn main missions, tubby run in frostburn got 3 to spawn then run the peak 3 times (im lucky that 2 times there are a few surveyor spawns so the peak is a breeze with sal).

Total loot count is 47 out of 214 red text uniques.

Day 3 - 16 items - Bad Touch (splitscreen 2nd controller level 1 and tip moxxi), big boom blaster, breath of the seraphs, cobra, crossfire, hellfire, judge, kerblaster, leadstorm, meteor shower, might of the seraphs, o-negative, pun-chee, slow hand, sponge, tunguska.

I run the TK baha headhunter, Finish torgue dlc and farm b.rex until he gives the slowhand, complete seraph drops of pyro pete. then speedrun hammerlocks dlc until nakayama. i capped the night with a few peak runs, the last one with randoms who ninja loot the pearl drop. I wonder what it is.

Total loot count is 63 out of 214 red text items.

Exactly. When i joined someone else game. When I am the first one to see the good drops. keep on firing at it until the host and the rest see it. If i want it, ill take it when the host did not pick it up.

I’m usually looking for Eridium in lockers in Claptrap’s Place when unloading stuff to the mules. I had wondered if you could get Legendaries there. Now I know.
