Also my 2cents: Jennerit speculated char possibly the Jennerit Empress? iirc Rendain says something to Deande in the prologue that sounds like he’s implying that the empress isn’t dead.
Edit: Also it seems to me as if the “snake-like” character is also wearing a sort of hood… dat hooded cobra pun if so lol
“The Hapoy Lorrian” also modded Reyna’s Command Gauntlet, so if it is indeed the Lorrian/Oxo-Lorr then we should expect some neat gadgets from him
