Hello!
I’m rushing through the Story missions with Thorn in solo. The animation at the start of ‘The Sentinel’ mission loops for me. It finishes with subtitles, then start over without them. I waited to finish it, but started over again, so had to alt+f4 out. Restarting the cliend didn’t help, now trying to check the files in Steam.
Update: seems like the animation file was corrupted, a quick file check and repair in the Steam client redownloaded and fixed it.
