Just like the title says, is there any chance that there will be a Pre-Order Digital Deluxe Edition with the Random Collectable Figure?

If not, will there be a way to purchase the figure(s) separately later on?

Well that answers my question. No reason to order from Gamestop then and buy a separate Steam Digital Deluxe Edition.
