I whould take a Minion Pic for a Logo.
Use it for a BB Community.

Any image on the internet is free to use and change as long as you don’t try to profit from it.

No, actually, it isn’t - that’s a very dangerous generalisation that could get folks in trouble.

To OP: GBX/2K generally seem to be pretty cool with this sort of thing, but it is their content/IP ultimately. There’s almost certainly a “licensing” page on one or other of the relevant websites that should give you some idea of what is considered acceptable fair use.

Can a community manager answer me pls?

As an artist I can only say that this assumption is WRONG in many many ways. There are alot of copyrights that does apply even if you do not use pictures for profit.
If pictures get used without permission it can lead to quiet nasty international lawsuits, and thats annoying for the user & the original artist.

PS: Got sued by 21st Century Fox & Bethesta for doing fanart of FUTURAMA & Skyrim. Some companies are very very strict and harsh, while others see the advantage of free advertisement done by fans.
Instead of suing me GBX already advertised my shop were I also sell Borderlands cosplay crafts, it was a huge surprise for me!

Heyhey! I´m no community manager or else, but as we´re talking about a picture for a BB-related webcommunity I think you should not worry.
I used Battleborn pictures for my BB-deviantArt group and I do fanart as well. GBX are very cool with this and I´m sure if anyhing is wrong with your usage of material they´ll appoach you kindly before raging arround with lawsuits. (Bethesta does that. Tried to sue my for Skyrim-fanart 3 years back…)
