so, you know already. hw2 campaign missions will spawn a certain amount of ennemies that depends on yout fleet at the start of the mission.
is there a plan to rework this…interesting mechanic ? because the way it is you simply want to retire half your fleet at the end, start with poor ships and build them all again in the first minutes of the following mission. sometimes you dont really have a choice, if you start at max amount of destroyers and cruisers you wont be able to build more until they are destroyed…while if you have only half that, plus a 90% complete cruiser in the making and a pack of resources, you end up facing half less enemies while having the same fleet as the first time within the first 5 minutes of the mission. would be interesting to look into it…
