Hi, Just here posing a general question. If you’re in Australia or New Zealand, are you constantly on yellow/red bar connection? Me and my team seem to have this issue more than often, we do very rarely have green bars, and when we do the opposition team is at a severe disadvantage. Is this an issue with the Battleborn servers as a whole or is it just our region?

More information can be found here:

But in saying that, Im from NZ and Im in the same boat. My group and I can very rarely get a green bar connection and there has been no word from the developers in about 3 weeks. We’ve been left in the dark and it very much seems like they are hoping we just go away.

Im actually probably going to return the game when I have time over the next couple of days. Its a good game but this issue is making the game painful to play and with no new info, its a struggle to want to keep supporting them

Cheers for the reply, I was looking for a post like that, thanks.

Yep continual issues even with a 5 man australian lobby we will red bar other team will green bar 99% of the time.

Unfortunately we are yet to hear of any plan to fix this issue which has been present since beta.

At present it appears as though GBXS has no intention of fixing this issue choosing to focus on balanced character nerfs such as Mellka.

Unfortunate that the Australasian community continues to have a sub-par experience playing Battleborn. I’m reluctant to purchase another GBX/2K product given the current situation and lack of effort in their response.

Is there a connection worse than red bar?

Ozbar?

I’ve played enough to know that there is two degrees of red bar  One is kinda playable albeit hard to be competitive. The second is rubber banding bullet delay one second pos although thankfully I don’t get the latter to much.

One second? I’ve grabbed shards that don’t register for 5 seconds.

Then the rubber band like I’m constantly in Kleese’s ult.

It’s cooked.

There are four kinds of Battleborn lag:

Green bar
Yellow bar
Red bar
THE CONSERVATOR (aka “AHHH! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT”)
