I’m going to go back to some rocketeer work and see if it’s worth piloting much.

My hope is that +75% health annoint is now possible to maintain even after a full use. Do we know the new cooldown?

Truth is almost no-one runs a rocketeer setup because its way inferior to running a properly geared Moze in terms of dps. If you aren’t instantly getting out of IB to proc the anointments you aren’t playing Moze correctly in terms of pure dps, especially since your cd will be longer after and you’ll have a downtime on your anointments. Ofc everyone can play however they want, if you enjoy staying inside IB and don’t mind the loss of dps then good for you.

By coincidence they made it easy to use one. Rough Rider or that new purple with the 75% increased health and shield after exiting IB anointment can now in/out then just in, if IB actually needs 75% health I don’t know but that’d be the tankiest bear eva.

That’s kinda what I mean though. OP was complaining that they can now hop in and out constantly due to the buffs. And I’m pointing out that the changes they’re making basically ignore that

No. I want you to not act like you speak for some overwhelming majority when the developers have shift data which is obviously telling them people wanna pilot Bear more. The “meta-gamers” are the ones who are obsessed with the ASE stuff, and they make up a small percentage of people who play.

i was complaining about that i can hop in and out already without the buff and that shows that auto bear is balanced wrong
he should get buffs in other directions

I think they should improve it in both directions, make IB stronger + give people a way to instantly exit. No part of the player base should have to suffer when both playstyles can be easily accommodated.

Just like “Everyone wants more DLC Vault Hunters” but GBX said that 75% of people play only 1 VH for entire game?

This time I was lucky with an original one

This IB buff does help players who like to go IN and OUT multiple times. In my case, I was able to allot 4 points to other skills and still maintain the same cooldown. So not sure what you guys mean that it doesn’t help those who do IN and OUT.

In BL2 I played only Zer0.
Created Maya but got bored in mid game.
Still… Had 600+ hours in it…

What I want to say is, if they didn’t “create more vault hunters” in bl2, I probably wouldn’t even be playing borderlands right now

It’s a step in the right direction for sure, but being able to get in and out more often doesn’t change the fact that its a pain to do so.

They said there is more to come and really the existing meta getting better shouldn’t be there first concern when fixing any character, you may get some kind of summon option or instant exit soon.

Well, that was something new in Borderlands series since BL1 didn’t add those.
It was more of a test if People will like that.
Pre Sequel did the same aproach and looks like it didn’t work since GBX has data about amount of created VH :confused:
I just Hope that those VH we have will get some more love.
