Awful support - Title must be at least 15 characters

GearBox constantly urges players to contact support in case of problems. Support sent me around until winding up at Aspyr support, all in all a month from sending ticket to still having no support. Fixes promised with every hotfix, but the game gets worse. For calling GearBox liars, users are flagged on this forum. Steam player base dropped by more than 50% in April. Maybe:

  • provide actual support or else it looks a lot like GearBox just wants the users to shut up
  • fix the game and add some quality control before shipping any new content
  • accept lies being called lies
  • stop pretending this game is in a good state
