just checking you didnt store loot on normal then go to TVH later on ? for some reason unless its intentional my vaults are separated based on the mode i am playing. Could just be another weird bug ?
I am in tvhm but even when I switch back to normal my bank is at 0 still, it’s 0 in both modes. Not sure if they were connected as I didn’t check before this happened
I was playing last night,and noticed my bank was empty also,all I can say is bummer al.ost all legendary weapons and purple

Ok 'since I can’t save my stuff I’ll play something else until somebody tells me why all my item keeps disappearing from my vault!!! and I want an answer now!!! Haven’t beaten the game yet because of this stuff… I’ll play something else until you fix this game.

i’m the same just logged back in and entire bank empty, This really needs some focus.
I remember a game on Xbox-360 version of Borderlands game when it first came out and it had bugs like most games now and days but it was tolerable to play and had fun with friends or solo playing the game. After the events of 2 and now 3’s latest empty my bank and can’t use it because may delete stuff again. The stuff I had save for other toons or extra firepower really sucks…
I don’t really care if they compensate me for any of the things just get my bank fix now!!! I have really been patient about all of this But; I’m getting tired of selling things I need to keep when your low lvl trying to beat the game and you can’t advance because you can not save anything in your bank. Now it’s about week and half without any answer other than we will be checking it out as soon as possible. This is sad final finished and new term starts Monday just want to play before I have start back studying for classes. Are we going to get answer soon like today?
i have the same problem was look in it for friends and for me when i start a new character… lost about 35 weapons and shiels nades etc. etc.

same and it sucks… support was responding with promises of supplying keys or something but have now just stopped responding to ticket 
thats the worst part of ‘support’ when they say they are going to do something then just go radio silent…
Also I don’t think they know the full issue yet either because I haven’t played split screen… all been solo and haven’t created a second character either… (Xbox 1 X)
I literally just lost EVERYTHING in my vault…
All I was doing was farming the tree boss over and over… I went back to sanctuary when my inventory was full only to find my ENTIRE VAULT was empty. 0/50… I’ve saved so many legendaries of all types and guns… now it’s all gone… I never duped and never exploited, why the ■■■■ is my ■■■■ gone??? ANSWER ME

Happened to me 3 times already {using XBox One}. It’s really annoying and makes me not care about playing the game really. Ive never duped or exploited either. Never even attempted to go offline like some others have. Isnt it great that we havent lost all those important room decorations though?!

Srsly tho… I’ve done NOTHING to glitch or dupe… yet my entire vault is empty… WTF did i do wrong to deserve this?!
The game itself is full of bugs and they won’t even do anything about it
