All my items in the bank suddenly gone, DEV bring me back the items i collected!!!
it’s a well known bug. dont keep anything in your bank you’ll be upset you’ll lose. try to do manual backups of your files.

This just happened to me today, hopefully they fix it and give our equipment back!
