I’m not going to lie, I spent the most of today doing this mission and only now at nearly 2 am was the game kind enough to give me four Badass Enforcers. I really hope tier 3 is nothing like this.

theres only 2 farms for the Norfleet, there may be a specific farm for the stormfront, but I believe its also a world drop and LLM’s may be able to drop it

I use the BarRoom Brawl almost daily to power level people (from the time the DLC came out). I believe the problem may be your not killing the other ones fast enough to get the Badass enforcers to spawn fast enough, for you to complete the round.

I use the Gunzerker, the two items of gear I use the most are 2 Norfleets (used to start the round and get me out of FFYL) and an Electic storm Front (to melt everything down).

I believe that there are a certain amount of kills (don’t know an exact number) that must be made for a BA Enforcer to spawn. That being said I have had 2 to 3 spawn at the same time, but then using the storm front I have been able to basically kill most everything as they spawn and complete the round every time with about a minute to spare.

I run a circle in the downstairs part tossing out stormfronts front and back to get the job done, some people will spam Norfleet on the second floor.

My advice would be to find a good setup (Guns, Sheilds, Mods, BAR Perks, Skill trees) that focuses on Damage and Health, then tweak it from there till you meet your objective

Storm Fronts come from the rats in the Bloodshot Stronghold, I think the mission is called Splinter Group

@LunaticOne @hattieinduni Thanks for the replies. Instead of farming for the Norfleet, I think I will try to farm for the Stormfront instead. I have never really used if before. It is really strange though because I see YouTube videos of the person only killing two or three enemies resulting in two or more Badass Enforcers spawning.

As a side note, would farming BNK-3R for experience be an alternative farming method if the Bar Room Blitz still refuses to send out Badass Enforcers? I’ve noticed that B0re seems to be quite effective against him.

That method requires you to have not completed Rock, Paper Genocide

Did it ultimately spawn them then? I’m still trying to get my head around what your bug / difficulty was, it seems weird. Tier 3 gives you 5 of them. I just did a quick run and the first one will appear pretty much as soon as you begin aggro-ing your enemies, maybe 20 seconds in, I think I’d killed 1 or 2 other miscreants. It’s important to kill the Enforcer as soon as you see him, then the others should spawn. Was this was eventually happened?

This was my run, which is pretty much what all of them are for me:

Re the Stormfront, it’s an excellent grenade, definitely worth trying out (and a lot easier to get your hands on than a Norfleet, which is a nuisance from start to finish).

@hattieinduni I appreciate the quality of the post. As you stated in your post, I also noted that you killed three of the enemies before the first Badass Enforcer spawned. I actually cannot recall an instance of where a Badass Enforcer has spawned this early in the mission. Generally, I have to wait for a good minute, maybe two, before one would ever spawn, which is evidently not supposed to happen. I also remember that I killed more than a couple of dozen of enemies before the first Badass Enforcer would spawn.

Edit: The Badass Enforcers have also never spawned together either. I don’t even think I’ve seen two different Badass Enforcers together without one being dead. The game would spawn one Badass Enforcer and then force me to wait another minute or so for the next one to spawn. This just makes me think that something is very wrong and buggy.

yes or even the warrier, both give decent XP

I still think its just that your not killing fast enough. also of note and anyone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the time limit for a tier 3 Bar run is 2 minutes and 45 seconds, if you go longer then that then the Tier run is failed, the mob will still spawn, but no XP for turning in a failed mission

as stated mine will pop in like that because I am killing every thing at a fast rate, most everything is dead by about a minute into the round

@LunaticOne I seem to be killing the enemies at a very similar rate to the one shown in the video, if not maybe a little faster because I spammed grenades from the get-go just to see if the Badass Enforcer would spawn.

This is more of a nuisance than anything else. If it comes to it, I may as well farm BNK-3R after seeing if the Storm Front makes any difference.

@hattieinduni- IIRC there are always 5 badass enforcers that you have to kill, regardless of the tier- the only time this may not be the case is the initial mission when you do it for the very first time. @Aranklejam- the thing about the badass enforcers is that they can emerge from their spawn points and then start running towards other patrons, usually towards the front lower part of the bar. It’s easy to lose track of them if you’re not constantly checking their spawn points. As has ben said, the faster you kill the other patrons, the sooner the badasses appear. While I play primarily on the XBox One now I still use my 360 to create mules. If you want a hand shoot me a friend request- good luck :sunglasses:

A thing I’ve noticed with the enforcers is that they occasionally seem to like to just kinda hang out and do nothing on the lower level, in the back in the shadows. Sometimes you can miss them if they’re lurking back there, if you’re checking the back room going up and down the back stairs.

yes, this, I have had a few runs where one will almost run the clock out before I find and kill it. it’s like they find a dark corner and then hide in it

just watched @hattieinduni video, Nice, then it may be as @Rumplebunny and I just mentioned, if you say your getting everything killed with at least 40 seconds left, you probably have a BA Enforcer Hiding/Glitched in a dark corner somewhere

It is.
If you’re playing on an older console version (I can’t see you saying so, but @Carlton_Slayer’s response would indicate it?) many of us have had the exact same problem.

That led to some harsh exchanges on the old forums, I remember. When I was on Ps3 I literally couldn’t finish that mission without an e-tech launcher, and then only maybe.
When I got a potato-cam recording showing how delayed the spawns were, at least some people had the sense to apologize while the rest pretended it hadn’t happened.

When I moved to PC the BAs were positively leaping into the fray, making the mission a cinch to finish.

I can’t remember if there was ever a solution from GBX support, although I think some people managed to solve it by reinstalling the DLC or the whole game.
This didn’t happen to everyone on the old consoles, so a flawed install seems like a likely culprit.

@cioran Oh, well, this might explain the problem. Would you recommend reinstalling the whole game or just Mr Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage DLC?

Edit: Just read the last paragraph. I’ll try to just reinstall the DLC first.

Personally, when I reinstall, I do it all.

For me it is “Just in case” it could be something screwed up in A, could be something in B, could be something in C messing with A and B.

I couldn’t advise at all, since I haven’t done something like that on console.
On PC there are some simple steps to take before a reinstall (verifying the game cache and such) but that’s all I know, alas.

That reminds me- on older 360’s it was advised that you clear the cache occasionally by holding down two buttons at start up. A and Start maybe, A and B or some other combination? It’s been a while since I’ve had to do it…

I back up my saves to a flash before doing it.
