Thank you and your team so much! I’m on cloud 19 and a half right now. This all seems amazing. Almost too good. I feel like I’ll be waking up from a dream. This is nearly everything the game needed. There’s your Battleborn 2.0 everybody. I only have one small question, which is:
Are there any new mutations in levels 16-20? If you don’t answer this I’ll assume you guys would want to reveal it in the stream and are staying mum on that front for now. If not, welp. There’s everything else!

Personally I’m rather excited for Thursday’s Battleplan (which I’m guessing is where the patch notes are going to be?), these are all features a lot of people (myself included) have been nagging about for a while.

No mutations, this round. Our intent with increasing Command Rank and Character Rank is to let you keep advancing and unlocking rewards. Also note - those additional ranks are going to require significantly more experience than the previous ones.

Question, will more dialogue be added to this game, also the commitment yall have for this game is awesome, looking forward to this update and hope the game gets the attention and praise it deserves

Technically, yes. There’s new dialog with every taunt we release for a character. The Operation Missions each have almost as much dialog as the core game at release.
How else would you like to see dialog in the game?

I’d like the game to turn itself on and start yelling alarm clock style dialogue to me so I never have to set an alarm and can have further nightmares about evil ISIC laughs.

Like battle chatter, like benedict does not have call outs for pendles, and I don’t know if pendles has any for him because of cloak, thanks for answering though!

Ah, I see. I believe we’ve added some here and there, opportunistically, as we’ve recorded lines for the Operation missions. If we have the opportunity to do it again, we’ll add more.

Thank you so much then, the characters dialogue give so much life to the characters ingame, and I would love to see more personality from them

bleh what this game needs is a major content expansion. In all modes. Less emphasis on repetitious farming the same stuff over and over for pve and something more unpredictable yet rewarding. Flesh out your world too!

This game has one of the most detailed back stories and history with nuggets in literally every aspect of the game. The only way for you to flesh it out more would be to read all the lore challenges before completing them.
As for your other point, they removed a lot of the grinding by unlocking all the characters.

No matchmaking overhaul. Not worth ssd space, goodbye.
A lot of these sound interesting.
I like raising the cap levels. I hit 100 CR a while ago and that 5 level raise didn’t do much to quench my thirst.
The character rank is a little more frustrating and exciting together. I’ve almost maxed all characters, but this will give me incentive to play those I didn’t love again.
I’m hoping the loot changes get me those last few skins and taunts I’m missing.
PvP changes? The draft? Sounds like a cool idea, but will this make it harder for me to get lore challenges? Few people I’ve seen play Ambra and now if players can block others from using her? How will I ever get those last 8 kills?
Other than that, good info to know. I’m hoping Beatrix joins the fray soon, the next Op Mission shows itself, and maybe even more BB get released (Nova in a robot suit? Empress Lenore? Another Eldrid Observer?).
