That’s the problem.

I usually don’t look into those, too much trolling there in every game.

It’s the PC community’s fault for the state it’s in right now. Evidence of that is how good both console communities are doing. Gearbox isn’t at fault for that. Gearbox can’t do anything about it. The PC community has 2 options: start playing the game and stop believing what others say about it (most of which haven’t played/barely played the game anyway) or keep complaining and expect things to get better. Which they won’t if the community themselves don’t do anything.

Thats a broad brush stroke.
I dont complain.

Perhaps complain wasn’t the right word. Words and conversation don’t go very far, if at all. Talking about an issue and potential fixes is important but it won’t amount to anything unless people turn their own words into action and give it a go.

I dont work at gearbox. I cant just say “Lets fix this” and start to code things I think would work.
Discussion is all we have as a community.

That’s not true at all. What needs coding on PC?

How is it not true that I dont work at gearbox and cant code for the game?
The entirety of the PC community most likely cant code, we can talk about what we think the people that make the game should do, but thats all we can do.
Not our fault the game is where it is, dont you dare point the finger at the game’s community for where it is now.

It’s not true that the community can’t do anything but talk

I think if we have cross plataform ps4+pc or pc+xb1 pc population will rise (and hackers).

Currently bb on pc has to fight for retention against free games, the bad optimisation, low player base.

Only a massive advertisment campaign and rewards could make ppl try to stay and learn bb. Key word learn, this game is so hard for many players… You need to learn every helix from every character and many overwatch players feel uncomfortables not being able to instantly learn what hero can do for few minutes of play.

Overwatch lema is easy to learn but hard to master.
Battleborn would be…? Hard to learn hard to master?

I’ve been playing Battleborn for a very, very long time and to this day there are heroes that I’ve never touched nor looked at. So I don’t know every helix of every character. I do well overall in game.

That we’re even considering the question of Battleborn’s future in this context, I’m assured that it has none. And I’m sad about that.

But the PC pop is dead. It’s not coming back. There is no saving it. There is no salvaging anything meaningful from it. It’s dead and gone, and any further resources expended on it are wasted. Sad, because it really is a great game.

But it’s time to get realistic. Even the free trial thing has failed to produce anything noticeable on the players’ end, at least for us PC folks (y’all console folks may have it better, and I wish you the very best).

Put a fork in it. It’s done…

If pc gets mixed with any console it will have more players, if free players can find more games they will stay.

They went free to play under a free demo or trial without a proper advertisment, this made ppl get confused… For few days they had some ppl to play with but soon it droped.

I belive if they make ir cross plataform more ppl on pc will stay and others will return. Specially if they put a good marketing and reward system to keep free players invested.

Honestly im just waiting for more skins/taunts to spend my money. Like seriously holding my wallet waiting to throw it to the acreen

I’m speaking as a franchise, not a game.

Franchise? Wouldn’t bother. When you’re off to this bad of a start, it’s not worth talking about.

Wasnt destiny like rly rly rly bad when it launched??

Sort of. This was during when Bungie got sued, but they still had a bigger community.
