Beatrix locked for me

So I can’t play as her, I own the season pass and I was able to play as her for awhile but now In the character select screen she’s grey and has a lock on her, I have no idea why.

It’s a known issue. Gearbox is working in it. There’s also already another thread in which others have been reporting it.

GbX’s planned hotfix to nerf beatrix was to actually remove her from the game.
They did this out of symbolic purpose.
