How accurate is the Emperor burst? Seems a good choice. Also, does it has splash damage like the PCs?
I used the Teapot in my recent normal mode and its burst was accurate enough even with 150 stacks. I used it to kill Wilhelm and was pretty easy
I can’t help but find the idea of this amusing. Just imagining a psycho charging you from behind, then you shoot him without knowing he was even there.
You tease. I’m farming one with perfect parts without succes. That and I mainly played GTAV the last 2 weeks or so.

No splash. Emperor is not the most accurate SMG but it does beat most of them. Insane recoil reduction and high accuracy recovery might have to do with the fact that the Emperor might stay accurate at high Anarchy (if it is true anyway). Need to test it some more but my initial test run impressed me quite a bit.
Lol. Trick Shot. But theoretically its not an impossible scenario. Have yet to see someone who mobs at 600 stacks though.
Should be easy enough to test. Go to the shooting range, spec only into Anarchy, SFL, and Preshrunk, build 600 stacks, then turn around to the wall behind you, and shoot a slag gun.
I found myself, at OP8, right at the entrance to Terra so I had to fight my way to the fast travel, obviously as Gaige. I still don’t have the Black Hole (I have the Sham), the electrical Redundant Fibber, or a bone of the ancients relic. I didn’t get up to the vending machines.
And the Fibber I have currently, no element, does 1,208,071 MORE damage than the DPUH. That’s not factoring the probable lie that there’s +3,000% more damage and the immeasurable effect of 50% more love in the Fibber.
Also, if I wasn’t using my Twister and had DT helping me, I would not have gotten a few steps from Terra’s entrance.

I’m casting resurrection here as I have basically the same question(s) as the thread title, but for lvl 52 and ahead (she just finished TVHM). I read this thread completely a few weeks ago and want to reread it carefully for the info already presented, but a couple of questions of mine weren’t covered, and I’ll ask those below.
I guess I’m aiming at a mix of BFF and OC; I do use DT but not as often as I should, tbh…most of her strengths have come from Anarchy/Discord and weapons selections. This is her current build and COM…
…I haven’t been following any particular build here, I’ve just been putting points into what I think will be good. I waited on Close Enough and Nth Degree until late in TVHM thinking that it’d be good to have at least some of each ready when UVHM begins. I’m also planning on maxing Preshrunk Cyberpunk fairly soon.
Questions…
- Is 20% Cooler worth it? I could reach it with points into CE and TBH and not feel as if I’d wasted points to get to it, and I’ll take any cooldown reduction I can get (a Bone for later on, for one thing).
- People seem mixed on Rational Anarchist; to me, it makes sense and it’s only a single point. Thoughts?
- Weapons: I’ve been thinking that, assuming a max’d Anarchy, NthD and CE, guns with any combination of bullet split, low mag size, and reasonable accuracy (think hip-shot some of the time, except obviously for snipers) are the way to go. And a slag gun and grenade. Am I off-base here?
Current weapons include a corrosive Pimp, an electric Practicible CC (gonna hate it when that lvl’s out), and some Torgue pistols and ARs (these are where the hip-shooting comes in usually, but I kinda surprised at being able to ADS reasonably well with a bunch of Anarchy built up). I haven’t really settled on a shield yet.
So yeah…stuff. Thoughts?

If you want more DT in the field, pick it up, combined with a Bone it’ll cut down on the CD alot.
I’d personally recommend it, 25 free stacks for a single point is a no brainer if you ask me.
First, 250 stacks are more than enough for mobbing, it still leaves with some accuracy while still giving a mayor damage boost. With the correct gear she doesn’t need slag unless you plan to go for the OP levels aswell. Depending on if you are going to use slag grenades (and type) you won’t really need to have a specific slag gun.

Do you use DT a lot? If so, then yes.
I’d rather have the point elsewhere. But if you want it, go for it.
Yeah, take the points from More Pep and start on Unstoppable Force. This is a skill I see as underused and underrated. The shield regen on kill means that your shield stays up in between kills while you’re moving from enemy-to-enemy, and the movement speed bonus helps reach the enemies faster, so it has good synergy with the playstyle that a high-Anarchy build encourages. As for shields, I have a likening for Anshin and Pangolin shields.

This aswell. BUT, I’d rather take the points out of CUT when you have some Moxxi weapons/healing grenades.

I don’t mind trans grenades, but I try not to rely on Moxxie guns 'cause…not sure, actually. Maybe its time to rethink that bit, especially since they’re rather nice guns overall.
During a battle, CUT doesn’t well, cut it. Moxxi gear heals you without losing too much DPS.
If you want to spec Sharing is Caring, yes. But, at 72, you will have enough points to grab it anyway if you dont want to spec into LBT.
Pick it if you like to use Discord or think about Discord looping. With timed reloads you will never end Discord.
Try to search the Nth Degree thread for guns for good synergy. See also the Top Gear thread.
But yes, Pimpernel, CC, Fibber and Hail are guns that basically every Gaige player use due to bullet spliting and fixed pattern. See also the Hydra, Swordsplosion and the Blockhead.
For grenades, Magic Missile or slag Transfusions are the best options for slagging in my opinion.
Try this for lv 50 and see if it fits your playstyle. This spec has some basic synergies like Myelin, BSS and US. From here, you can either go down to 20% Cooler and use the Legendary Mechromancer COM or go down to Wires Don’t Talk and use the Necromancer COM.
