Haven’t been on borderlands 3 in a while and I was wondering if there was a change in the best weapons in the game. Is the flakker a top tier weapon still? Also how tough is Wotan the Invincible? I’m a Maze main so I was wondering what the best build is for going against her. Thanks.

Flakker is still pretty decent, although probably not quite as good as it used to be. Wotan himself is fairly tough but the actual issue is not the boss himself but rather the map you have to fight through to reach him.
